Confusion does not sell. If you choose a business and brand name that doesn’t make sense with what you’re offering, is difficult to pronounce, or isn’t understood by your ideal client/customer audience, you aren’t setting your brand up for success.
Our goal in serving our people through selling our services and products is to make their “yes” or “not the right fit for me” decision as easy as possible. We do this by clearly and simply stating our brand’s mission, vision, core values, who we serve, and how we serve them.
Beautiful visuals of any kind does not always equal aligned visuals. Strategy must be considered in what will visually connect with your ideal clients & customers. People also judge a business’ visuals to determine their level of professionalism. Remember when deciding what professionals to work with and whether DIY’ing something in your brand visuals would be the right choice for you.
If you are getting inquiries from clients or customers who aren’t the right fit, or you’re not making the bookings or sales you need, it is worth considering if these things are in place for your brand.
